CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Event: Good Day Sunshine
Date: Saturday 24 October 2026
Venue: 3 Oceans Wine Company, Metricup Road, Margaret River WA

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Conditions of Entry. The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry where reasonably necessary for safety, operational or legal requirements.

1. Admission

A valid ticket is required for entry.

Tickets must be presented upon arrival and may only be used once.

Entry may be refused or revoked without refund where:

  • A ticket is invalid, duplicated or altered.

  • A patron refuses to comply with these Conditions of Entry.

  • A patron behaves in a manner that is unsafe, offensive, intoxicated or disruptive.

  • The Event Organiser reasonably believes admission would pose a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission at its discretion where permitted by law.

2. No Pass Outs

This event operates a STRICTLY NO PASS OUT policy.

Once you leave the venue you will not be permitted to re-enter.

This policy is in place due to the regional location of the venue and traffic management requirements.

No exceptions apply.

3. Identification

Government-issued photo identification may be required to:

  • Verify your age.

  • Obtain an 18+ wristband.

  • Purchase alcohol.

  • Verify ticket ownership where required.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • Australian Driver Licence

  • Passport

  • WA Proof of Age Card

Photographs or copies of identification will not be accepted.

4. Age Restrictions & Youth Policy

Good Day Sunshine is an all-ages event.

Patrons under 18 years of age must:

  • Hold a valid ticket (excluding registered Babies in Arms).

  • Be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

  • Remain under the supervision of that responsible adult throughout the event.

For the purposes of this event, one responsible adult may supervise a maximum of two (2) patrons under 18 years of age.

Babies in Arms are welcome with a registered Babies in Arms ticket.

Please note:

  • This is a licensed outdoor concert.

  • The event includes loud amplified music, large crowds and finishes after dark.

  • Parents and guardians should carefully consider whether the event is suitable for young children.

Prams are not permitted inside the venue.

Failure to comply with the Youth Policy may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event.

5. Security Screening

All patrons, bags and permitted items may be searched upon entry or during the event.

Searches may include:

  • Bag inspections

  • Visual inspections

  • Wand scanning

Patrons refusing a search will be refused entry or removed without refund.

Prohibited items may be confiscated.

6. Patron Behaviour

Patrons must:

  • Follow all directions from event staff, security and emergency services.

  • Behave responsibly.

  • Respect other patrons, staff, performers and neighbouring properties.

  • Avoid behaviour that endangers themselves or others.

The following may result in removal without refund:

  • Aggressive or abusive behaviour

  • Fighting

  • Harassment

  • Offensive or discriminatory behaviour

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Damage to property

  • Throwing objects

  • Climbing barriers or structures

  • Entering restricted areas

  • Any illegal activity

7. Prohibited Access

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event, any person who:

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Engages in, or is likely to engage in, violent, offensive, antisocial or disruptive behaviour.

  • Refuses to comply with these Conditions of Entry or lawful directions from event staff, Security or emergency services.

  • Attempts to bring prohibited items into the venue.

  • Wears or displays gang-related colours, patches, insignia or clothing associated with criminal organisations.

  • Wears high-visibility clothing without prior authorisation from the Event Organiser.

  • Impersonates or falsely represents event staff, Security, emergency services or other authorised personnel.

  • Represents an unauthorised media outlet or attempts to undertake commercial photography, filming or recording without approval.

  • Is subject to a venue ban, exclusion order or other lawful restriction preventing entry.

Refusal of entry or removal from the event may occur without refund.

8. Alcohol

Good Day Sunshine is a fully licensed event.

BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol must not be removed from licensed areas.

Alcohol will only be served to patrons aged 18 years or older who present valid identification when requested.

The Event Organiser supports the responsible service of alcohol.

Service may be refused to:

  • Intoxicated patrons.

  • Disorderly patrons.

  • Anyone unable to produce acceptable identification.

Supplying alcohol to minors is an offence and may be referred to WA Police.

9. Drugs

The possession, use or supply of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

Any suspected illegal activity may be referred to WA Police.

Patrons may be refused entry or removed without refund.

10. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited:

  • Under covered areas.

  • Near bars or food vendors.

  • In queues.

  • Anywhere signed as smoke free.

11. Medical Requirements

Prescription medication and medically necessary items are permitted.

Security may inspect these items upon entry.

Where practical, medication should remain in its original pharmacy packaging.

12. Accessibility

Good Day Sunshine is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible event experience.

The following accessibility services and facilities are available:

  • Accessible parking (permit required).

  • Accessible toilets.

  • A dedicated accessible viewing area with companion access.

  • Accessible pathways to key event facilities where reasonably practicable.

Patrons who require accessibility assistance are encouraged to contact the Event Organiser prior to the event if they have specific access requirements.

If you require assistance on the day, please speak with event staff at the Information Tent or any member of the Event Team.

Patrons requiring essential medical equipment, mobility aids or support persons are welcome. Mobility scooters, wheelchairs and other recognised mobility aids are permitted.

12. Photography & Recording

Patrons may take photographs and short videos for personal use.

Professional cameras, commercial filming equipment and audio recording equipment are prohibited unless authorised by the Event Organiser.

By entering the venue you acknowledge that official photographers and videographers will be present and your image may be used in future promotional material without compensation.

13. Drones

Drones and remotely piloted aircraft are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorised drone operation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

14. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited unless authorised by the Event Organiser:

  • Outside food (excluding baby food and medically required food)

  • All beverages (excluding empty reusable water bottles, empty hydration bottles or bladders, baby formula and medically required liquids)

  • Alcohol

  • Illegal drugs

  • Glass

  • Cans

  • Weapons

  • Knives and metal cutlery

  • Fireworks, flares or explosives

  • Laser pointers

  • Professional cameras and recording equipment

  • Drones

  • Generators

  • BBQs or cooking equipment

  • Shade structures, gazebos or tents

  • Umbrellas of any kind

  • Picnic rugs, blankets or ground sheets

  • Camping chairs or chairs of any kind

  • Tables

  • Eskies and hard coolers

  • Large bags or suitcases

  • Prams

  • Animals (excluding assistance animals)

  • Bicycles, scooters or skateboards

  • Any item considered dangerous, inappropriate or likely to interfere with the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other patrons or the safe operation of the event.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to determine whether an item is prohibited.

15. Seating

Good Day Sunshine is a standing concert.

Chairs are not permitted at this event.

This includes:

  • Camping chairs

  • Low chairs

  • Folding chairs

  • Reclining chairs

  • Lounge chairs

  • Stools

  • Bean bags

  • Inflatable furniture

  • Any other portable seating

Patrons who bring chairs or portable seating will be required to return them to their vehicle or surrender them at entry.

Chairs or portable seating found inside the venue may be removed by event staff.

16. Food & Drink

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

The following exceptions apply:

  • Empty reusable water bottles.

  • Empty hydration bottles or hydration bladders.

  • Baby formula, baby food and milk.

  • Medically required food or liquids.

Free drinking water is available throughout the venue via water refill stations.

Any prohibited food or beverages brought to the event must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of before entry.

17. Weather

Good Day Sunshine is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions.

Please dress appropriately for changing weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather, event operations may be delayed, suspended, modified or cancelled where required for public safety.

18. Lost Property

Lost property enquiries can be made at the Information Tent during the event.

Following the event, enquiries should be directed to Macro Music.

Items not claimed within a reasonable period may be donated or disposed of.

19. Emergency Procedures

In an emergency, patrons must:

  • Follow directions from event staff and emergency services.

  • Remain calm.

  • Proceed to evacuation areas if directed.

  • Not re-enter evacuated areas until authorised.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.

20. Liability

Patrons enter the venue at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

  • Loss, theft or damage to personal property.

  • Injury resulting from failure to follow event directions.

  • Delays, interruptions or cancellations caused by weather or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Conditions excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

21. Acceptance of Conditions

Entry to Good Day Sunshine constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Refusal of entry.

  • Removal from the event without refund.

  • Cancellation of tickets.

  • Referral to WA Police where appropriate.
